Ruth is a Solicitor and Head of Dispute Resolution at Fishers. She has considerable expertise advising on contentious matters including both civil and commercial disputes.
Ruth is regularly instructed by business owners with regards to contract disputes, lease disputes, debt recovery claims and enforcement, as well as providing advice and representation in professional negligence claims.
Ruth also advises individuals on such cases as land disputes, nuisance claims, landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, debt recovery, consumer disputes, TOLATA claims, contentious probate matters, and disputed appointment of deputy claims.
Ruth has substantial experience in all areas of contentious law. Her client base includes property professionals and landlords looking to resolve disputes surrounding lease renewals and terminations including dilapidation claims. Ruth has previously dealt with high value property possession claims and mortgage fraud.
Ruth also acts for senior executives and directors. She has advised on supplier and customer contract disputes, and disputes with industry regulators.
