Senior commercial litigation lawyer becomes Director at Fishers
Fishers Solicitors has appointed Kevin Lynch as a Director from 1st April 2017 as part of its continued growth.
Kevin, a commercial litigation lawyer, has been with the midlands based firm since 2014. He advises on a range of disputes and contentious matters for both businesses and individuals.
Managing Director Charles Killin, said “Kevin has been a huge asset since he has been with the firm. He is an accomplished litigator and many of our clients have found Kevin’s knowledge and advice invaluable in resolving their concerns.”
Kevin has particular experience in acting on disputes regarding real estate, including landlord and tenant issues. He also regularly provides clients with advice concerning potential will disputes and contentious probate matters.
Kevin qualified as a Solicitor and Higher Courts Advocate in 2011 having first qualified as a Barrister in 2009 from Gray’s Inn in London.
Kevin, who is able to provide services from both the firms Ashby de la Zouch and Tamworth offices, said “I am delighted to be joining the Directors at Fishers.
