The future of writing your will - what you need to know
- AuthorGuy Birtwistle
At Fishers Solicitors we’ve changed the way we offer our wills and probate services in the mist of the coronavirus pandemic. Before you could pop into our office, meet one of our solicitors and start the process of writing your will, sorting you lasting power of attorneys or arranging your probate. Now, with the lockdown rules, we’ve adapted and developed the way we can keep providing our essential services, whilst keeping you and your families safe.
We are still available to call and email at any time and we are now offering even more home visits, conducting meetings through windows and also over the course of the year, and weather permitting, have been holding social distanced meetings outside.
Over the last couple of months at Fishers we hired two new Wills and Probate team members so we can continue to provide excellent service to you. We’ve noticed an increase of people enquiring about wills and lasting powers of attorneys over the past 12 months. One of our friendly team members are happy to discuss our services to you so you can be sure all the decisions you make are right.
Guy Birtwistle, Head of Wills and Probate says, ‘we’ve all been faced with enormous amounts of stress and anxiety about the current situation of the world. At a really strange time of lockdown and the virus, it is important to get your affairs in order.’
Is here and now the right time and place to manage your future?
