Fishers Solicitors is delighted to announce the promotion of Arlie Asbury to Associate in the firm’s Residential Property Department.
Arlie is a Licensed Conveyancer with extensive experience in residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, new build purchases, shared ownership schemes, and equity release. She originally joined Fishers Solicitors in 2018 and has since played a key role in delivering expert legal support to clients across the region.
Arlie obtained her license in 2014 and is a member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. Her in-depth knowledge and client-focused approach have made her an invaluable asset to the firm, particularly in handling complex property transactions with precision and care.
Reflecting on her journey at Fishers Solicitors and her recent promotion, Arlie said:
“I love working at Fishers. Since joining in 2018, the support from staff and management has been amazing in helping me progress my career. Every department is friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist with legal matters that arise in property transactions, such as probate, tax and trusts, and commercial and family law.
Having access to such a wealth of knowledge under one roof has been invaluable, and I am extremely grateful for that.
I am excited to step into my new role and look forward to passing on that support and guidance to newer members of the team.”
Fishers Solicitors has been a trusted pillar of the legal community for over 200 years, delivering exceptional legal services to clients from its offices in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Tamworth, and its recently established location in Derby’s Pride Park. As the firm continues to expand, Arlie’s promotion reflects its commitment to nurturing internal talent and maintaining the highest standards of client service across the Midlands.
Commenting on her promotion, Amanda Payne, Director and Head of Residential Conveyancing at Fishers Solicitors, said:
