Experience

Amanda leads and supervises a team of solicitors, licensed conveyancers and paralegals, who all deal with residential sales and purchases. Amanda began working in residential property in 1986 and qualified in 2002 as a Fellow of the Royal Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Amanda represents a national housebuilder dealing with new build property sales and part exchange transactions. Amanda has built long standing relationships with clients and contacts over many years and has previously been invited to speak at seminars for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

In June 2019 Amanda was chosen by Tamworth Radio in their business owner slot, selecting songs and discussing the conveyancing procedure.

In September 2019, Amanda won the CILEx National Awards 2019 for the Legal Expert in Property.
