Fishers Residential Property team are driven by a commitment to get a good job done at a sensible price.

  • 15% off our legal fees when selling a property
  • 15% off our legal fees when purchasing a property

Our Residential Property team will give a free, no obligation quotation at the outset so that your employees know exactly how much they’re saving.


 

WILLS & TRUSTS


Correctly arranging your personal and financial affairs should not be underestimated. With Fishers Employee Benefit Scheme your employees will have access to all the expertise they need and at a greatly reduced rate, including:

  • 10% off the cost of making a Will, including a mirror will for an employee’s spouse. 
  • 10% off a Lasting Power of Attorney for one or for a couple
  • 10% off a Death Benefit Trust

 

FAMILY LAW


Fishers Family Law team offer guidance on all family law issues including divorce & separation, disputes involving children, finances and/or property, or cohabitation issues.

As a member of our Employee Benefit Scheme your employees will get the following discounts:

  • An initial meeting at a fixed fee rate of £150 + VAT.
  • A fixed fee divorce service for £450 + VAT & Court Fees where the divorce is undefended.
  • 20% off legal advice for all other Family Law matters including guidance relating to children, finances, property, separation, cohabitation and preparing pre & post nuptial agreements.
  • This discounted rate will continue for the duration of the case, however long it takes
