WILLS & TRUSTS

- 10% off the cost of making a Will, including a mirror will for an employee’s spouse.

Fishers Family Law team offer guidance on all family law issues including divorce & separation, disputes involving children, finances and/or property, or cohabitation issues.

- An initial meeting at a fixed fee rate of £150 + VAT.
- A fixed fee divorce service for £450 + VAT & Court Fees where the divorce is undefended.
- 20% off legal advice for all other Family Law matters including guidance relating to children, finances, property, separation, cohabitation and preparing pre & post nuptial agreements.
- This discounted rate will continue for the duration of the case, however long it takes
