This does not necessarily mean issuing court proceedings. What are the typical types of contract disputes?

Typical types of contractual disputes include breach of contract relating to a specific term of the contract, for example, receiving goods by a specified time and the effect this has caused for example financial loss. Another frequent instruction is a breach of contract relating to termination and discharge of contract. It is important to ensure you have the strengths of your positon assessed by one of our solicitors and it may be a breach exists with regards to providing valid notice to terminate.

There are usually provisions contained within the contract regarding what to do when a dispute arises and our solicitors can advise and assist in ensuring you comply with term of the contract in reaching a resolution.
