Our free Company Health Check will ensure your company is operating in accordance with the law and at the same time implement business efficiency freeing up your time to run the business.

 

You can utilise the free Company Health Check to discuss any concerns you may have for example drafting contracts, terms and conditions, employment issues, data protection and debt recovery.

 


 

Terms & Conditions

 

  1. A member of the Fishers Solicitor’s Dispute Resolution team (the “Solicitor”) will provide you up to one hour free to discuss your legal business requirements. 
  2. We can discuss generally your legal documentation to help meet your business needs and see if they are up to date with the law (the “Consultation”).   
  3. Should the Consultation be less than one hour, no time for further free advice shall carry forward.
  4. Please ensure your Consultation is booked by calling Fishers Solicitors, where you will receive a confirmation email with the time, location, and name of the Solicitor you will be meeting.
  5. The offer is only valid until 12th June 2025 / three months (the “Consultation Deadline”), and subject to Solicitor availability. 
  6. The one hour Consultation is strictly subject to the Solicitor’s availability. 
  7. You are welcome to have your Consultation at our Head Office at Ivanhoe Business  Park, Ashby, on Zoom or alternatively, the Solicitor will travel to your office/ business within a  10 mile radius of our Head Office at no charge to you.
  8. Any further advice requested, including the request for an advice note of what was discussed during the Consultation will be charged at the specified hourly rate of the  Solicitor. This will be confirmed and agreed by you prior to completing any additional  work. You will always be kept fully appraised and updated of the costs associated with your matter.
