EXPERIENCE

Viktoriia has over 18 years’ experience in the legal sector. Whilst living in the Ukraine, Viktoriia gained 5 years’ experience working in a bank, which included legal support of the banking processes, securities, underwriting, litigation, court of protection and loan debt recovery.

Viktoriia also spent 2 years running a law firm as Director. Her role included management of the law firm, handling a range of civil claims, setting up companies, drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial agreements. Viktoriia worked on a range of transaction types including commercial and residential conveyancing, Estate Administration, preparation of different kinds of powers of attorneys and Wills.

As a Paralegal in the Trust and Tax Department. She is working on trust end estate administration, including preparation of various deeds, liaising with banks, shareholder companies and financial institutions, trust registration with HMRC, completing IHT forms, drafting the estate and trust accounts and making payments out of the trusts and estates.

Viktoriia has a Masters Degree in Law from the Ukrainian University (equivalent of UK Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Law) and has also completed a UK Paralegal Qualification in Wills, Probate & Administration through the University of Law, and is a member of the Institute of Paralegals.

In her spare time Viktoriia supports charities and participates in charitable events held by Rotary and MCA Trust.
