Simon has spent the last forty years acting for property developers on industrial and residential estate acquisitions with particular emphasis on industrial estate development in the grant of occupational Leases and disposal of freehold to investment purchasers including Pension Funds.
Achievements
Simon successfully advised on a Grant of Lease of a proposed Fire Control Centre at rental in excess of one million pounds and subsequent disposal to investor for twenty two million pounds all subject to the grant of a satisfactory Planning Permission.
He has acted for a land owner on claim by Lord of the Manor in regard to mineral rights with claim totalling in excess of two million pounds.
