Parmveer qualified as a solicitor at Fishers in the Commercial Property department in April 2018. She re-joined the firm in November 2022 after relocating to the East Midlands again.
She advises on a range of different transactions including the purchase, refinancing and sale of commercial properties. Parmveer also deals with the drafting and negotiating of leases, rent deposit deeds, licences to alter, licences to assign and surrender documents.
Parmveer has also dealt with investment portfolios, pension funds and HMO properties.
Having worked for a well-recognised electricity provider, Parmveer can also handle deed of easement queries.
She works closely with Ian Riley on development matters.
