Experience
Kristin started her career in the legal sector as an Office Junior and worked up the ladder in various roles/departments over thirteen years before moving towards management. She worked as a General Manager for a charity for seven years, focusing on HR and office management, as well as fundraising and marketing. She enjoyed the legal environment and decided to return, joining Fishers at the start of 2022.
Kristin is level 5 CIPD qualified and has a wide understanding and experience of all aspects of HR and office management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement, compliance, and more. She enjoys formulating effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and has a particular interest in employee wellbeing. She is trained as a Mental Health First Aider and chairs the charity & social committee at Fishers, so has a broad and interesting role.
