Experience

John joined Fishers Dewes straight from school in 1970 qualifying initially as a Legal Executive and subsequently a solicitor in 1982. He became a partner in 1982 and has over 40 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial property including sales and purchases, site acquisitions, site development and commercial leases.

He has acted for many landowners in connection with options to buy and the disposal of potential development land, promotion agreements and site development. Johns long established presence in Tamworth means he has extensive knowledge and contacts in Tamworth and the surrounding areas.

 

Achievements 

John has acted for a substantial Co-operative society for very many years advising on all aspects of commercial property and related issues. He has acted for a number of developers of commercial and residential property, and many clients have been with him for over 20 years.
