Hannah has gained substantial experience and expertise, having worked in this area of law since 2002. She is experienced in handling a broad range of work including the preparation of Wills; administration of estates, ranging from the straightforward to the complex and high value; preparing Inheritance Tax returns and liaising with HM Revenue and Customs to settle the estate’s income tax affairs; making and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.

Hannah assists clients in handling estates and other complex legal matters at a difficult time following bereavement, in a sensitive and approachable manner. Her informed advice helps to guide clients through the legal process.
