Experience

Beth has experience dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages together with assents of title and dealing with un-registered land. I take a very open and honest approach to communicating with my clients. I know that the terminology used in conveyancing can be quite technical so pride myself on being able to explain points to my clients in a much more understandable way.

Achievements

Beth studied A Level Law and following 4 years working as Legal Secretary in the Conveyancing department was promoted to the role of Conveyancer. With support from my head of department, I have been able to achieve my A.CILEx qualification. Beth is now a qualified CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner .
