Arlie has recently re-joined the firm as a Licensed Conveyancer in the residential property department. Arlie obtained her license in 2014 at a regional law firm and has since gained a wide range of experience in residential matters including:
- Freehold sales and purchases (including those which involve management companies)
- Leasehold sales and purchases
- Equity Release
- New build Plot purchases
- Shared Ownership purchases involving various Housing Associations
- Right to Buy
- Help to Buy
- Remortgages and Transfers of Equity
- Transfers of Part
