Trusts, wills and probate, capital gains, inheritance, gifts and simple ownership all have serious tax implications. Fishers' Probate and Tax department is headed by John Gillions, Chartered Tax adviser who has considerable expertise in this field. He and other members of the department specialise in minimising tax liability and helping clients to plan efficiently. In the past they have helped save clients considerable sums of money that would otherwise have been lost to tax.
Fishers is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 but we are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to our clients because we are a member of the Law Society. We can provide these investment services if they are an incidental part of the professional services we have been engaged to provide.
