Andrew is head of the family law department. He has over 11 years experience in all areas of family law. Many of the financial disputes he has worked on have involved significant assets and issues of complexity including business and farm assets, trusts and questions of constructive trusts and proprietary estoppels. Andrew is an Accredited Specialist member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) with particular specialisms in Advanced Financial Provision and Children Law.

Legal Executive

Alison specialises in all areas of family law, including financial settlements, contact, residence and adoption. She is highly regarded in the field of family law. Alison is an Accredited Specialist member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) with particular specialisms in Cohabitation and Children Law. Alison has a Masters in Agricultural Law, this knowledge is invaluable in advising clients from the agricultural community on matrimonial matters. Alison is based at our Swadlincote office.
