Registration of a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

Fishers team are able to arrange the registration of an LPA with the Office of Public Guardian as part of a full LPA creation service or as a stand alone service.

An LPA cannot be used until it has been registered with the Office of Public Guardian. Even if you do not intend to use your LPA immediately we recommend that you still have it registered.
