David has over thirty years experience in residential property including three years with the legal department at Leicestershire County Council before joining Fishers in 1976.
Originally acting on private house sales and purchases he now specialises in the sale and transfer of new build properties for development companies.
David is familiar with all aspects of large residential developments, from the sale of plots to the agreements required to adopt sewers and roads.
He currently acts for a number of large national residential property developers.
