Compromise Agreements
There are many reasons why an employer may want terminate a workers employment such as redundancy or as a result of a break down in the employer/employee realationship. In many cases this will result in the employer offering the employee a Compromise Agreement. This a formal agreement allowing the employment to end on the terms agreed within the Compromise Agreement.

Our Employment specialist will investigate whether the terms of the Compromise Agreement are suitable for you and whether the amount offered to you in the Compromise Agreement is adequate.
