Louise became a partner at Fishers in 2003 and in 2009 became head of the Employment and HR department.

Louise has specialist knowledge in a range of sectors including nurseries, care homes, training companies and manufacturing.

Louise supports employees on a range of matters including contracts and disciplinary procedures, compromise agreements and representation at employment tribunals.
