An employment specialist with 16 years in practice, Stella works in our commercial services department advising businesses on strategic and day to day HR. She acts as a sounding board to HR Managers, assisting in the preparation of contracts and policies and procedures. Stella has been involved at all levels on redundancy schemes, re-negotiation of terms and conditions and representation in tribunals. Stella also heads the employment department where she is able to advise the individual employee on their employment concerns.
