Simon is head of the commercial property department, he has been with the firm for over 30 years.
Simon specialises in commercial property, landlord and tenant, contract and leasehold law. He deals primarily with acquisitions and disposals for both regional and national property developers, and high-end commercial lettings.
He has recently negotiated the disposal of industrial units on behalf of a national property developer in a £20m deal to a high profile company in the automotive industry.
