In 2003 Louise became a partner at Fishers and in 2009 became head of the Business Services department. Louise regularly acts for small to medium regional companies on a variety of matters including advising business start-ups, refinancing, drafting commercial contracts and partnership agreements, and advising on software licensing.
Louise acts for businesses in a range of sectors including nurseries, care homes, training companies and manufacturing. Louise also acts as a HR support for businesses, ranging from telephone support, contracts and procedures though to compromise or tribunal.
